When our customers have questions, there are a number of places they can go for answers—the in-game Learning Center in Flight Simulator, the Microsoft Knowledge Base, and our Product Support Specialists, to name a few. Sometimes, though, the best place customers can turn to for the information they need—is each other. If they're lucky enough to encounter the right people, they'll find a wealth of knowledge. Many of these experts can—and often do--teach us a thing or two.

We know how lucky we are to have customers like this. And, we're extremely happy to be able to recognize a number of them as "Most Valuable Professionals," or MVP's. In official Microsoft parlance, MVP's are "recognized, credible and accessible individuals with expertise in one or more Microsoft products who actively participate in online and offline communities to share their knowledge and expertise with other Microsoft customers."

In other words, smart and helpful people that we humbly thank for their contributions.

We've had a few for years. This year, as part of our new focus on our customer community, we've been able to increase their ranks. It's our pleasure to introduce them here.
