Current Job: Animation Director for ACES Core Technologies - tasked with defining the foundation for animated characters.

Background with Flight/Train Sim Team:

My start date with ACES was October 23, 2006, so… unload move boxes, setup computer, get latest build, learn co-workers’ names, document Min Spec and animation asset lists, lose weight, manage character concepts, avoid cafeteria, research Max 9 and third-party vendors, howl at the moon, wake up, shower, shampoo, rinse, repeat.   Oh ya, and save the world!

Pre FS/TS History/work:

I’m a 14-year veteran of game development for Xbox 360, pc, and location-based simulators at Virtual World Entertainment, Fasa Interactive, and Fasa Studio at Microsoft Corporation.  Shipped games include Battletech, Red Planet, Mech Commander (1, 2, & Gold), Mechwarrior 4:Vengeance, Disney Quest’s Aladdin Magic Carpet Ride (prototype), DisneyQuest’s Invasion!, Mech Assault (1 & 2), and Shadowrun.

Favorite thing to do in FSX or TrainSim:

Watch the people, of course!  :)
